Congratulations to our winter performing arts groups for their success this past weekend! Winter guard got 1st place, scoring a 78.58 in their division against 8 other groups! Indoor percussion placed 3rd in their division with a score of 82.1 against 8 other groups as well.

MUSD’s EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES Career and Tech Ed (CTE) program offers a comprehensive emergency medical services curriculum that integrates with practical, hands-on experiences. Students undergo rigorous training in emergency medical procedures, patient assessment, and trauma care. Upon program completion, graduates receive a national industry certification solidifying their competence in providing life-saving emergency medical services.
Families and the community are invited to enjoy a free musical concert featuring the Marana Winds and the Marana Big Phat Jazz Band on Weds, April 9, at 7:00 p.m. at Mountain View High School.
The two-year EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION Career and Tech Ed (CTE) program offers a comprehensive curriculum focused on child development, education methodologies, and classroom management techniques. Students in this program have the unique opportunity to work with children in an onsite preschool, gaining practical experience and applying classroom theories in a real educational setting.

The Arizona Seal of Biliteracy is an award given to high school students in Arizona who have demonstrated proficiency in English and at least one other world language by graduation. The purpose of the Seal is to (1) recognize students who are bilingual and biliterate, (2) encourage language learning, and (3) provide employers and universities with a way to identify candidates with valuable language skills.
The World Languages Department is excited to announce that 94 students have registered to participate in the annual National Spanish Exam (NSE), organized by the American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese (AATSP). The NSE is the largest exam of its kind in the United States and serves as an online, motivational competition designed to recognize and promote students' linguistic skills and proficiency in Spanish.
The ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTING Career and Tech Ed (CTE) program involves creating detailed technical drawings and plans for buildings and structures using specialized software and drafting techniques. Employers often seek professionals with industry certification in architectural drafting for their ability to produce high-quality designs and technical drawings essential for construction projects.
