Keri Stanford Named MUSD’s 2026 Support Staff of the Year!
Keri Stanford, Career and Technical Education (CTE) Data Integrity Specialist, has been named the 2026 Marana Unified School District Support Staff of the Year. With 14 years of dedicated service to the district across several departments, Keri’s commitment, initiative, and heart for students exemplify the very best of MUSD.
Keri is an outstanding employee whose positive attitude and outgoing personality motivate and inspire everyone she works with. She takes the time to truly learn each program she supports, showing genuine care for both staff and students. Her dedication consistently goes beyond her daily responsibilities, as she willingly volunteers to assist with field trips, activities, and special projects, always ready to help wherever she is needed.
Keri plays a critical role in supporting the success of many diverse programs’ needs, including automotive repair, welding, culinary arts, agriculture, computer networking, and dental assisting. Each program is its own industry and has unique needs, and Krri has built strong, trusting relationships with teachers and partners to ensure classrooms are equipped with the tools, materials, and resources necessary for high-quality, hands-on learning. Her attention to detail and organization ensures all programs remain in full compliance with Arizona Department of Education requirements, keeping MUSD’s CTE programs running smoothly year after year.
A proud example of being “MUSD through and through,” Keri has served the district in multiple roles, including Exceptional Student Services (ESS) Aide, ESS Secretary, and now CTE Data Integrity Specialist. She collaborated and managed an ESS grant for more than 11 years and continues to support the program by training new staff and sharing her expertise, even after transitioning out of the department. Her deep institutional knowledge and willingness to help others have made her an invaluable resource across departments.
Through her enthusiasm, professionalism, and tireless work ethic, Keri embodies the spirit of teamwork and excellence that defines MUSD. Her commitment, compassion, and dedication uplift those around her and strengthen the entire Marana community.
