Marana Winds Community Concert: Join us April 9!

The Marana Unified School District invites you to attend the annual Marana Winds free community concert on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at 7:00 pm at Mountain View High School auditorium! The Marana Big Phat Jazz Band, a group of jazz musicians who formed from the Marana Winds, will also be a part of the performance. This exciting evening of music will feature a variety of wind compositions performed by Marana district staff, alumni, students, and community members.

Donations of non-perishable food items are being collected. Bring a donation to benefit #maranaschools families.

About Marana Winds
Formed in 2013, Marana Winds is a musical group of talented musicians who share their love of music with the community and help raise money for Marana schools. The group is composed of faculty and staff from the Marana district, and students, alumni, and community members.
Offering a free concert to the public each spring, Marana Winds represents and supports Marana Schools while continuing to perform in honor of its original founder, Todd Ponder. Marana Winds is produced through the support of the Marana Schools’ 2340 Foundation and the Marana Unified School District.
