MVHS Health Office Notice: End of Year Medication Pickup

IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM THE HEALTH OFFICE:

Parent Notification of Medication to be Picked Up

If your child has medication in the Health Office it must be picked up by an adult on or before the last day of school.

School Districts are not allowed to store medications over the summer. Any medications, inhalers, etc., that have not been picked up from the Health Office will be destroyed. All medications will be taken from the cabinets for disposal by the following week.
